If you have interest in the magical arts this is the city all seek out for hone in their skills and becomes masters of their trade. All who come to this city find that it's by the luck, or will of the Mystic Sands, not just anyone can find the walls surrounding the area, protected by high dunes and magical forces to test your desires. The skies always have an overcast and the buildings hold stories of true ancient times.
As you can see here there are buildings built into stone walls while dunes surround the outer city wall itself. It doesn't matter if the city were to be in the open or hidden, the only energy allowing travelers to reach the front gates is the sands themselves. No danger has fallen over the city due to permanent sand storms blowing over the Mystic Sands day and night. Once within the walls, no matter your need you can find what you seek with multitudes of stores available to browse. Be warned that the city dwellers are fond of travelers, they are not fond of trouble makers and will handle them with extreme measures to protect the peace of the magical city.
